ABOUT ME

I’m a work in progress! I began my fitness journey many years ago doing walk-at-home fitness programs, as my strength increased I worked up to more advanced programs and truly began to LOVE working out. After years of doing different fitness workouts and programs, I decided to start working out with a personal trainer and thrived from the encouragement and one on one time I got from the trainer. The stronger I got the more confidence I gained--I loved the way it made me feel. The experience I had with my own trainer gave me the realization that I wanted to do that for other people, to help them change their own lives. I love to share my robust knowledge of fitness with each and every woman who makes the decision to better themselves. I’m here to be your personal cheerleader and teacher in the health and fitness field.
